Breakfast Pinwheels

Hey guys! My roommate helped me make these this morning! Honestly, I surprised my damn self with how good these came out. The good thing is, they took under 12 mins to make and they’re super tasty too!


4 large eggs

A handful of Spinach

1/2 a Tomato

1/4 of a pack of Lightlife Brand Mexican veggie Beef Crumbles

A couple chopped broccoli florets

1/2 chopped Bell Pepper

1/2 chopped red onion

Toasted bread of your choice

Inglehoffer Sweet Hot mustard

Giant Brand Dill Relish

Veggie cheese of choice

As you notice I cook with minimal direction, train yourself to cook with your soul. Take my hand I can help you! 😁


In a bowl, add veggie beef and crush. Season to taste and then add chopped broccoli. I’m a pan, add oil, butter or water if that’s what you life to make eggs. Scramble eggs as you would normally do. Set aside and I’m separate pan, add oil or spray and cook beef until sizzling. Add tomato, onion, bell pepper and spinach to pan. Cook until spinach is wilted. At this time, season to taste. Add cheese if desired and turn until melted. Toast bread of choice and spread Inglehoffer Sweet Hot mustard and Giant Brand dill relish on top. Lay eggs on top with a spoon and enjoy! 🤣🤣
